21/11/2009: Graduation Day & Prom Nite

Those involved in graduation day are:

Please come for rehearsal (Adli, JieTing, Douglas, Azzam, QingWen, Junson, William) on friday (20/11/2009) from 3pm, it lasts for about 2hours, please meet outside the hall. Those names that were not mentioned in the brackets above need not come for the rehearsal.
Actual Day: all to report at 7.30am, event will end from around 12 - 1pm.

Those involved in Prom Nite, Jie Ting should have already told you about your duties. For those still unsure about your duties, you can give her a call.

CAMP!

Please spread the message and remind every sc about the camp, report to the BVSS foyer on the morning of 25 Nov 2009 at 8am.

For all sec 3 councillors only: please make yourself free from 23 nov -- 24 nov (2009) for any emergency meetings, which is highly possible.
